Katy Perry shared another photo from the fall 2023 campaign of her footwear brand, Katy Perry Collections, on Instagram today. The image shone a spotlight on their new Geli combat loafer style, which is now available at katyperrycollections.com.
For the photo, the “Firework” songstress channeled her campy energy, taking a selfie inside of a public restroom. Perry wore her loafers in a “Mustard Multi” colorway for the shoot.
Worn with white ankle socks, the footwear featured a chunky composition, unique square toes, grungy studded ornamentation and wild snakeskin printed uppers all set atop black platform soles akin to those found on a combat boot. The loafer style also includes 2 to 3-inch block heels that can offer the wearer that extra oomph if the platform soles aren’t enough.
Beyond the mustard hue, the line of loafers also includes black, metallic gold, white and black snakeskin and multicolored snakeskin styles, meaning that there’s something in the new fall line for everyone.
Accompanying her new utilitarian loafers, Perry was outfitted in a preppy ensemble comprised of a structural light gray wool blazer layered overtop a light blue button-down and tucked into a coordinating light gray wool skirt. Around her ankles, the hitmaker also sported a pair of gray underwear.
In a general sense, Perry has previously been seen in pointed-toe pumps, flats and mules by labels like Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta and Manolo Blahnik. For footwear, the “Hot N’ Cold” singer’s shoe style is bold and sleek. The television personality often coordinates her shoes to her ensembles both on and off the stage.
When off-duty, the star prefers comfortable sneakers and slides by Adidas, Saint Laurent and Birkenstock. She also wears her own line of Katy Perry Collections shoes, which feature statement-making sandals, pumps and flats with sparkly embellishments and bold colors — and which she recently relaunched after buying it back in 2022.
